Cooking is not allowed (in the main kitchen of the house);
Minimum age to check in is 18 years old;
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in;
All Special Requests are subject to availability and incur additional charges;
Unguarded pool, minors must be accompanied by adults (“Casa do Soutinho – Suites & Nature” disclaims any responsibility for any accidents that may occur due to improper use of the pool);
It is forbidden to make noise on the entire property after 10 pm, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 292/2000 of 14 November;
We are not responsible for money, jewelry or other valuables that may disappear in our facilities, under Decree-Law nº 39/2008 of 7 March;
We have a physical and online electronic complaints book.
Children and extra beds:
All children are welcome;
One child under 3 years of age stays free of charge in a cot (upon request and availability);
One child from 3 to 12 years old is charged 30 euros per night in an extra bed (upon request and subject to availability);
The maximum number of cots/extra beds allowed for children is 1 per room;
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Payment and cancellation policies:
Payment conditions: 100% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer, credit/debit card;
Cancellation conditions: Up to 72 hours before check-in (3 pm), 100% refund of the total reservation amount;
In situations of no-show, check-outs before the departure date, changes or cancellations less than 72 hours before check-in (3 pm), there is no right to refund.
